Job summary

Maths Power Sdn Bhd is a tutoring centre service company serving students from Grade 1 to Form 5 across all subjects. The position supports a sales-driven customer service function, handling inquiries, registrations, and promotions across multiple channels.

You will work with parents and students to explain programs, process registrations, and meet targets while maintaining high professional standards and accurate data entry in the company system.

Qualifications

• Experience related to the field is preferred
• No experience is also acceptable

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from parents and customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Provide clear explanations about tuition programs, class schedules, fees, learning packages and current promotions
• Answer customer questions quickly, accurately and professionally
• Contact interested prospects to obtain further information
• Follow up with prospects until they successfully register as students
• Assist with the registration process for new students and ensure all information is recorded completely
• Achieve student registration targets set by the company
• Build good relationships with parents and students
• Help resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Update customer, prospect and student information in the company system
