WAHOO GROUP SDN BHD in Penang is seeking a proactive Customer Service cum Sales professional to handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, and to close deals with confidence. You will arrange and adjust class schedules, support enrollments for events, and assist with payments and student materials.

The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales and ability to close deals.
• Experience handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
• Comfort handling walk-ins and face-to-face sales.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new and existing customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp promptly.
• Arrange replacement classes and communicate schedule changes to parents.
• Notify customers of class closures due to weather or maintenance.
• Follow up on trial classes and student leads to maximize enrollments.
• Process customer payments and ensure timely fee collections.
• Support enrollment for swim camps and events.
• Support child safety and safeguarding policies.

- Ability to handle walk-in customers and carry out face-to-face sales interactions confidently.

- Follow up closely on trial classes and student leads to maximize new enrollments.

- Prepare, distribute, and control student certificates, progress reports, and starter kits.

- Process customer payments and ensure timely fee collections.

- Collect, review, and respond to customer feedback effectively to maintain high satisfaction.

- Support and assist with enrollment for swim competitions, camps, and events.

- Support the execution of child safety and safeguarding policies.

- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
