SD Plus Education seeks a motivated Sales Executive in Kuching. The role involves contacting leads via phone/WhatsApp, understanding parents' needs, and guiding them to enrol in tuition, online classes, or 1:1 tutoring. Work six days weekly with three remote days, and earn up to RM2,500 monthly with commissions.

Training is provided, and performance-based bonuses plus salary increments are offered. Applicants must reside in Kuching and have own transport preferred.

SD Plus Education is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team. Help parents find suitable tuition classes, online classes, and one-to-one tutoring programmes for their children.

Position: Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Kuching — applicants must reside in Kuching
Work Arrangement: Six days per week, with flexibility to work from home three days per week

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Understand parents’ needs and explain suitable learning programmes.

Convert inquiries into student enrolments and work towards sales targets.

Support sales outreach through cold calls and events.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in speaking with parents over the phone and through WhatsApp.

Consistent follow-up and good organisational skills.

A self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous sales experience is a bonus.

Own transportation is preferred.

Must reside in Kuching.

What We Offer

Total monthly earnings of up to RM2,500, including commission.
