Weenet Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Penang. You will process orders, handle customer emails and phone inquiries in Mandarin and English, and coordinate shipments to meet delivery requests.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Experience in customer service or sales administration is an advantage.
• Good telephone and email communication skills; able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders accurately and timely.
• Handle customer emails including rescheduling and delivery requests.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via email or phone.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Perform shipping/logistics tasks and generate shipping documents.

We are an established electronics components distributor serving customers across Malaysia, Thailand, China, USA and other Asian countries. Our customers include EMS, OEM, ODM companies and manufacturers.

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Executive.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming orders accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner
• Handle customers' emails, rescheduling (pull in, push out and cancellation) by meeting customers delivery request
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and issues via email, phone in professional manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction
• Perform logistics tasks - shipment arrangements (generate shipping documents and printing job) + dealing with logistics for shipment pick up
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery arrangements and related documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers through email and telephone
• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
• Experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing will be an added advantage
