Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience in customer portal management and consignment inventory is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel preferred.
• Experience with SAP, particularly Sales module, is preferred.
• Must have a strong understanding of On-Time Delivery (OTD) and actions to improve it.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and acknowledge customer demand signals via portals and communications.
• Conduct regular meetings with customer buyers to maintain strong relationships and effective communication.
• Place and track factory orders with Comet locations worldwide to support OTD performance.
• Expedite customer orders with Planning and cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery commitments.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments with accurate delivery information.

• Monitor and acknowledge promptly on customer demand signals through customer portals and coomunications.
• Conduct regular meetings with customer buyers to maintain strong working relationships and support effective communication
• Place and track factory orders with Comet locations worldwide to support and maximize OTD performance
• Expedite customer orders with Planning and cross-functional teams as needed to support on-time delivery commitments
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers and Comet locations, with accurate delivery information, including scheduled ship dates and factory of origin

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience
• Experience in customer portal management and consignment inventory management is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel preferred
• Experience with SAP, particularly in the Sales module, is preferred
• Must have a strong understanding of On-Time Delivery (OTD), including the key factors that impact performance and the actions required to drive improvement
