Job summary

COMET TECHNOLOGIES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end P2P processes in Malaysia, optimizing costs and supplier performance.

You will source suppliers, negotiate quotations, place orders, and monitor fulfillment while collaborating with Planning, Production, Logistics, and R&D teams to drive procurement excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain activities.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure accurate order processing.
• Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office; SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
