Job summary

TKS CAPITAL HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate in Malacca to monitor daily operations, greet customers, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

You will respond to feedback, report faults via ticketing system, and ensure safety by monitoring CCTV. Shift work including weekends and public holidays is required; benefits include EPF, SOCSO & EIS, annual leave and medical cover.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Report machine faults, breakdowns, and incidents via ticketing system.
