Job summary

NanoGrind Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Inventory functions. The role involves coordinating enquiries, quotations, orders, shipments, and stock replenishment to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field, 2–5 years of experience, and strong communication, Excel, and English/Bahasa Malaysia skills. Mandarin is an advantage for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Preferably 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, order status updates, and after-sales coordination.
• Purchasing & Procurement: Source materials and spare parts, obtain supplier quotations, issue purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Logistics: Coordinate local and international shipments, freight forwarders, shipping documents, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and arrange replenishment.
• Task & Reporting Management: Maintain a pending-task list, track deadlines, provide regular status updates, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
