Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with parking operations, and guide users through parking and payment systems. You will be dedicated, punctual, patient, and able to follow scripts while delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Follow communication scripts and adapt responses when necessary
• Identify customer needs, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through resolution, including follow-up with the escalation team
• Guide vehicles and assist with parking flow
• Assist customers in using the parking and payment systems
• Respond to general questions and resolve basic customer issues
• Report parking, payment or system issues to the team leader
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and reported incidents
