Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic and engaging customer service interacting confidently with customers.
• Operate cashier and POS system, promoting memberships and promotions.
• Keep store clean and safe, open daily checks and ensure readiness for business operations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving deliveries and monthly stocktakes.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, energetic and customer-focused environment.
• Comply with company policies, health and safety standards and report incidents.
• Participate in events, roadshows and CSR activities representing the brand.
• Follow SOPs and participate in training to improve product knowledge and skills.
• Support another store as needed and undertake additional duties as assigned.
