Job summary

MKS is seeking an Associate Customer Service Executive in Simpang Ampat. You will partner with Sales and internal teams to provide superior service and support to customers, reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead.

You will process sale orders, maintain pricing, handle returns and billing, and manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, and strive for continuous process improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years in customer service or related area is preferred.
• Knowledge of customs trade requirements (GPB, LMW, FTZ) is a plus.
• Proficient with SAP SD and standard Office software.

Responsibilities

• Process sale orders and maintain pricing as needed.
• Handle customer returns, billing, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate credit/debit memos and loans on equipment.
• Manage transport/shipment planning for on-time delivery.
• Address customer complaints and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve.
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships via calls or emails.
• Serve as primary liaison for MY customers and related stakeholders.
• Ensure KPIs are met and seek process improvements.
• Share best practices across region and globally.
