Job summary

NEFAB (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Intern – Customer Service in Penang to support order processing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role offers exposure to ERP systems, reports, and daily operations in a fast-paced packaging solutions environment.

You will assist with quotations, orders, deliveries, and records, while learning supply chain processes and customer communications from experienced staff. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Fresh graduates or students available for immediate internship encouraged.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders, inquiries, and requests.
• Assist with order entry, confirmation, delivery schedules, and status updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Maintain open orders, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain customer service and supply chain reports.
• Update ERP/system records with accurate order information.
• Follow up on delivery status and communicate updates to customers.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery documents, invoices, and related docs.
• Maintain filing and documentation; ensure accessibility and proper organization.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities within CS and Supply Chain.
