Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/STPM/SPM with experience in commercial support or sales administration.
• Experience in customer service or related fields.
• At least 5 years in commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Review PO details, generate SOs, issue order confirmations, and monitor open orders.
• Liaise with Sales and Planning to confirm CRD and track order schedule changes.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with regular order progress updates.
• Investigate and resolve complaints with timely corrective actions.
• Process customer sample requests, coordinate preparation, and track dispatch records.
• Follow up with customers on payment status as needed.
• Carry out other business development duties as assigned.
