Job summary

Fossil Group, Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Retail Operations Support professional in Kuala Lumpur to assist with reporting, stock management and administrative tasks across multiple stores.

You will prepare monthly and weekly reports, support stock takes, coordinate warehouse movements, and ensure timely communication of inventory changes between stores while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail operations support.
• Must be computer savvy and fluent in English; multilingualism is an added advantage.
• Ability to work to timelines, standards and budget with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Calculation of commission reports for retail associate and store manager incentive.
• Prepare month end reporting, weekly sell thru reports.
• Assist with monthly stock take and all necessary administrative paperwork.
• Assist to posting of direct shipment if necessary.
• Pick list creation for stocks and/or Visual Merchandise.
• Coordinate with warehouse on the movement of inventory and/or props for Stocks/Visual Merchandise.
• Communicate with stores on inventory movement among stores.
• Responsible for initiation, completion and follow up on projects to support the team
• Check on the discrepancies of the stocks on weekly basis.
• Store visit as when assigned and support daily retail operations of stores.
