Job summary

Respack Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main link between customers, sales teams, and the factory floor to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high satisfaction.

You will enter, process, and track orders in the ERP system, answer inquiries about status, and coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping to meet delivery timelines, resolving issues promptly and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business.
• 1–3 years in customer service, office administration, order management or shipping roles.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to deal with clients and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines without mistakes.
• Problem-solving skills to fix delays or product issues quickly.
• Attention to detail to check order numbers, prices, and shipping addresses carefully.
• Ability to build good working relationships with factory and sales teams.
