Job summary

Mondiale VGL Pty is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead our client-facing logistics operations in an international environment. You will be the trusted partner keeping shipments moving, coordinating across teams, and ensuring proactive, precise service for key accounts.

In this role you’ll manage client relationships, track shipments via dashboards, onboard new partners, and drive continuous improvement across supply chains while collaborating with global teams and maintaining high

• 3+ years in customer service, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
• Demonstrated passion for customer success and problem solving.
• Sharp eye for detail with strong ownership and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client, building long-term relationships through regular communication.
• Deliver seamless logistics solutions by tracking and coordinating shipments.
• Maintain client dashboards, profiles and reports to ensure accuracy.
• Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding of partners.
• Identify process improvements and share insights with Sales and Account Management.

What You’ll Do:

• Empower new partnerships:Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and ensure each transition feels effortless.
• Champion continuous improvement:Spot opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Collaborate with excellence:Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high-performing culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience incustomer service (3+ years),freight forwarding, or international logistics(is a plus, not a deal-breaker).A genuine passion for customer success - you take pride in finding solutions and going the extra mile.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong sense of ownership; you don’t just follow up, you follow through.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills,with the confidence to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-first mindset - collaboration comes naturally to you, and you enjoy helping others succeed.
