Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a dedicated individual for end-to-end coordination of transport bookings. You will liaise with customers, assign a single contact, and monitor cargo movement locally and cross-border across the network.

Responsibilities include planning truck movements with our fleet or vendors, preparing required documents, and updating customers daily. You will handle escalations, KPI reviews, and customer meetings to ensure service levels.

• Monitor cargo movement locally and cross-border.
• Plan bookings and arrange trucks with our own fleet or vendors.
• Assist and prepare other requirements per customer’s request such as Customs declarations.
• Ensure loading and unloading activities are executed without escalation.
• Inform and update customers regularly on movement.
• Communicate with customers daily via email/phone and fulfil their requests per SOP.

• To do planning for bookings, by making truck arrangement with our own trucks or vendors.
• To assist and prepare other requirements as per customer’s request such as Custom’s declaration.
• To ensure loading and unloading activities are being execute without escalation.
• To inform and update customer regularly on movement.
• To communicate with customers on daily basis via email/phone and fulfil their request and follow their SOP without fail.
• Take ownership of customer’s issues/escalations.
• Manage, update and review Customer’s KPIs and reports.
• Attend Customers meetings, QBR and inquiries.
• To input Transport Management System for shipment’s
• To compute movement information on the database.
• To prepare and compile shipment’s documents for submission to billing.
