Job summary
Makita Power Tools (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites Diploma or Bachelor’s students in Business, Hospitality or Communications to join the Sept/Oct 2026 intake as an Internship - Office Support. You will support the Customer Service team, communicating with customers via phone, WhatsApp and email, handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with billing and verification.
On-the-job training and a monthly internship allowance are offered in a friendly environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s student in a related field such as Business, Hospitality, or Communication.
- Good at communication and proactive in helping others.
- Willing to learn and support the team.
Responsibilities
- Support Customer Service in delivering top-notch service.
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Handle inquiries about products, pricing and delivery.
- Process orders and generate quotations and invoices.
- Assist in billing and basic customer verification.
- Track customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc assignments.
