Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Studies or International Business Management.
• Excellent Mandarin with strong reading and writing skills (Traditional and Simplified).
• Preferably some experience in sales or customer-oriented roles.
• Strong communication, including listening, negotiation, and influencing.
• Calm, confident under pressure; able to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Willing to work on-site in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
• Available to start internship in January 2027.
• Intake available for a minimum internship period of 4 months or longer.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, web enquiries and emails from prospects or customers about Motorola Solutions products and solutions.
• Own non-technical requests and drive to resolution.
• Collaborate with the repair centre to resolve issues around repair time, quality or shipping.
• Liaise with customers, partners, engineers and support managers.
• Assist partners with questions on the PartnerEmpower program or related trainings.
• Provide administrative support to partners and internal Motorola employees.
• Make outbound calls to profile new or existing partners and maintain contact.
