Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is offering a part-time Business Development Intern role for the August intake. You will support admin tasks, process PRs and POs, and assist with invoices in Oracle and PBX systems.

This internship is open to diploma or degree students with a CGPA of 3.0, willing to commit 3 to 6 months, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months; students in their last semester encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase requisitions (PR NO) in oracle system.
• Assist admin to prepare PO and scan filing invoices.
• Assist admin to key in invoices and quotations in oracle system & PBX system.
• Ensure all documents are in order.
