Makita Power Tools (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites Diploma or Bachelor’s students in Business, Hospitality or Communications to join the Sept/Oct 2026 intake as an Internship - Office Support. You will support the Customer Service team, communicating with customers via phone, WhatsApp and email, handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with billing and verification.

On-the-job training and a monthly internship allowance are offered in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s student in a related field such as Business, Hospitality, or Communication.
• Good at communication and proactive in helping others.
• Willing to learn and support the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support our Customer Service team in delivering top-notch service to our clients. Tasks include:

Communicating with customers via phone, WhatsApp and email

Handling inquiries about products, pricing, delivery, and more

Processing orders and generating documents like quotations and invoices

Assisting in billing and basic customer verification

Tracking customer feedback and coordinating with internal teams

Supporting day-to-day operations and ad-hoc assignments
