We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our e-commerce fulfillment team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or messaging platforms
• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and refunds
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

About you

• Previous experience in a customer service or e-commerce fulfillment role, preferably within the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant e-commerce tools
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in these languages
