Job summary

AEL Engineering Sdn. Bhd is seeking a procurement professional with 3–4 years of experience to manage purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules for multiple customers.

The role involves liaising with customers, expediting urgent parts, and generating key reports to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will monitor inventories across local and overseas hubs, track PO and delivery activities, and collaborate with planning and logistics teams to maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders from customers and transfer requirements to planning.
• Liaise with customers on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Expedite and monitor urgent parts.
• Prepare on-time delivery and KPI reports, daily sales and forecast.
• Generate sales orders and delivery master schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and monitor FG inventory.
• Monitor PO and delivery transactions for designated customers.
• Track inventory in local and overseas hubs and delivery activities.
• Coordinate internal preparations to support customers.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction in scorecards.
• Hold weekly meetings with operations to review demand.
• Prepare monthly shipment quantity reports.
• Monitor overdue open PO and aging FG inventory.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent

- Good communication with able to work effectively under pressure on a variety of tasks or issues simultaneously.

Responsibilities

1. To proceed Purchase Order from customer. For existing customer and repeat orders, the relevant customer requirements will be processed and transfer to planning department for material planning and production planning. The relevant documents, requirements or information may retrieve from customer portal.
2. Liaise with customer on Purchase Order and delivery schedule.
3. Expedite and monitor urgent part.
4. Prepare On Time Delivery (OTD) report, KPI Daily Sales & Sales Forecast report
5. Generate sales order.
6. Prepare Delivery Master Schedule for each customer.
7. To arrange customer delivery with logistic department.
8. To monitor FG inventory level.
9. To monitor all PO & delivery transactions for the designated customers
10. To monitor inventory in local & overseas hub. Tracking on all the delivery activities to the customers.
11. To coordinate internally of overall preparations & arrangement to support the customers
12. To ensure total customer satisfaction in customer scorecard.
13. To have weekly meeting with operation team to review customer demand.
14. To prepare monthly shipment quantity report.
15. To monitor overdue open PO & aging FG inventory.
