Job summary

AS clinic in Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused individual to support daily operations and patient care. You will attend to inquiries via walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp, schedule appointments, and provide consultation support to recommend suitable treatments.

You will help ensure a smooth customer journey and maintain high service standards while handling payments and basic admin tasks. Training will be provided and opportunities for growth within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Friendly, presentable and customer-oriented.
• Prior experience in clinic / aesthetic / wellness industry is an advantage.
