Job summary

ZETRONIX SDN BHD is seeking a field technical support technician in Johor Bahru. The role focuses on hardware troubleshooting for network printing multifunction devices and occasional networking troubleshooting to isolate root causes.

You will receive full product training, work normal office hours (Mon-Fri), and support customers by resolving machine performance issues, with occasional preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or IT Network and relevant field.
• Fresh Graduate is acceptable. Training will be provided.
• Please personality, good communication and interpersonal skill; Able to work independently as well as a good team player; Strong technical troubleshooting skill; Committed and Result driven; Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure; With strong self-initiative and creativity.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is a field technical support job. It mainly involves in hardware troubleshooting. It is a network printing multifunction device which occasionally needs networking troubleshooting skill to isolate the root cause of the problem. It is a normal office working hours, Mondays to Fridays job. Full product training will be provided.
