Job summary

The candidate will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on medical equipment including Angio and CT Scan systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Then come in and join Malaysia team as Customer Service Engineer (Angio, MRI, CT Scan), to execute all service activities assigned to him, which are coordinated via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate manner. It will include all service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance and system modification on demand.

Responsibilities
  • Installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all products within his/her area of expertise and assist with other products under supervision.
  • Communicate and accept all operative advice from the Customer Care Centre.
  • Support the SERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all process activities related to within his/her area of responsibility.
  • Escalate incidents directly to the "Regional Support Center" (RSC) according to the defined parameters; inform Customer Care Centre on all escalation issues.
  • Report any customer complaints with proper documentation to the CCC.
  • Ensure the proper use of tools & test equipment and report usage on any related service report.
  • Maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.

Qualifications and experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare Field service engineering.
  • Experience in service, maintenance and/or installation activities in multimodalities such as Angio, PET-CT and X-Ray systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in (Biomedical, Electrical & Electronics) engineering preferable.
  • Diploma/Advance Diploma with strong technical background (Biomedical, Electrical & Electronics).
Your attributes and skills

  • Good command over English and local language.
  • Ready to travel extensively for on-call support.
