J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Shah Alam to handle inquiries and complaints related to parcel deliveries.

You will investigate delays, misroutes, and damaged shipments and coordinate with Operations, Branches, and Sorting teams to resolve issues quickly. The role requires accurate record-keeping in the JMS System and Excel, timely follow-ups, and a strong commitment to friendly, solution-focused service while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues related to deliveries.
• Proficiency with basic data entry and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to parcel delivery.
• Investigate and follow up on abnormal parcels (delayed, misrouted, damaged, or lost).
• Coordinate with Operations, Branches, and Sorting teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Update customer cases, prepare reports, and maintain records using JMS System and Excel.
• Ensure timely follow-up and provide excellent customer service while adhering to SOPs.
