Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor in Sabah to coordinate day-to-day courier drop points, collection outlets, and sorting centers. You will supervise drivers, couriers, and support staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning routes, monitoring KPIs like on-time delivery and costs, reporting to senior management, and enforcing safety and company policies.

• Effective time management to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industry
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the courier drop point, collection point, and outlet within the designated area.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; supervise staff on code of conduct and rules.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
