Job summary

NESQ Resources in Negeri Sembilan seeks a customer service oriented individual to handle inquiries from multiple channels, provide product and shipping information, and assist with upselling and promotions. You will manage orders across Website, WhatsApp, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, ensuring timely processing and accurate fulfillment.

The role emphasizes a proactive, empathetic approach, quick problem solving, and collaboration with logistics for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, or phone calls.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and shipping times.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, returns, or exchange requests professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Assist customers in finding the right products and provide recommendations to encourage upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with potential leads or abandoned carts to close sales.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Record and track daily sales transactions accurately.
• Manage and process daily customer orders from various platforms (e.g., Website, WhatsApp, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Pick and Pack: Accurately retrieve items from inventory and pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Print airway bills (AWB), invoices, and attach correct shipping labels to parcels.
• Arrange delivery and coordinate with courier services for daily parcel drop-offs or pick-ups.
• Update order tracking statuses and notify customers once their items have been shipped.
• 4. Inventory & Administrative Tasks
• Conduct regular stock counts and report low-stock items to management.
• Keep the packing station and store/warehouse area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Ensure sufficient packaging supplies (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, flyers) are always available.
