Job summary

Nihon Parkerizing is seeking a sales-oriented professional to handle customer inquiries about prices, delivery and product availability. You will assist customers with purchases and provide detailed product information, including environmental data, and help ensure adherence to quality standards.

You will also manage billing, place replenishment orders, generate sales reports, and coordinate with Store, Production and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field is required.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries about price, delivery schedules and product availability.

• Ensure proper handling of goods and report losses or damages.
• Assist in billing and collecting payment; place orders for replenishment.
• Make sales reports and analyses; coordinate with Store, Production and Purchasing.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure on-time delivery and support other departments as needed.

Attend to customer inquiry pertaining to price, delivery schedules and product availability of products selected by customer.

Assisting customers with purchases and giving them detailed information of products including information products with environmental and pollution levels on products.

Ensuring the proper handling of goods as meet environmental quality standards and reporting loss and damages to the concerned authorities.

Assisting in billing and collecting payment.

Placing orders for replenishment of stock, and filling order forms.

Making sales reports and analysis for evaluation.

Effectively organizing and synchronizing work with other departments/sections such as Store, Production and Purchasing.

Coordinate with customer to ensure on-time delivery.

Other job assignment requested by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in related field.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

PC literate (MS Excel and Power Point experience is required).

Good communication & interpersonal skills, initiative, excellent teamwork and hardworking.

1-3 years in sales/marketing experience will be added advantage.

A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.

Ability to multitask.

Ability to build strong working relationships, either internal and external to the organization.
