Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking friendly, customer-focused team players to join our retail team in Penang. You will deliver excellent service, handle sales transactions, and help maintain store presentation and stock.

This role demands the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with English and Bahasa proficiency. SPM or above is the minimum entry requirement, and you will join a supportive team in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Perform stocktake and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and stock take activities.
