Job summary

Panda Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to manage import/export shipments, monitor schedules, and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, with familiarity in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments with customers, shipping lines, agents and hauliers.
• Monitor shipment schedules, container movement, customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including Booking Confirmation, BL, SI and customs documents.
• Update customers on shipment status and follow up on any issues or delays.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
• Ensure shipment documents are complete and properly maintained.
