As a Customer Service Call Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their enquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This is a contract position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you’ll be doing

• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service
• Handling a wide range of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Providing support and assistance to the wider customer service team as needed
