Job summary

Graduan-Masca Career fair 2018 in Port Klang, Malaysia, is seeking a Logistics/Customer Service Coordinator to manage shipments and coordinate delivery logistics.

You will liaise with carriers and customers, resolve inquiries, ensure timely delivery, and uphold cargo safety while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• 1 year of customer service experience in freight forwarding recommended.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with multitasking and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• To liaise with carrier, customs, customers and relevant departments for tracking of shipments
• Follow up/monitoring/arrange all the clearance process and assist in arrangement of door delivery within specified requested period
• Handle and resolve all customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in timely manner
• To coordinate internally & externally on the shipping arrangement and documentation preparation
• Ability to execute the delivery to meet customer objective without error and mistake, strictly adhere to customer SOP
• Ensure individual job task is being fulfilled in term on delivery time and cargo safety
