KOPERASI DAGANG EMAS MALAYSIA BERHAD is expanding and seeking a proactive Customer Service Assistant for multiple branches across Kuala Lumpur and other states. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply to gain hands-on experience in delivering excellent service.

Respond to customer's inquiry.

Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch target.

Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties.

Prospect our services to walk-in customers.

Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.
