Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang, is seeking a Sales Assistant to greet customers, promote products, upsell, and support stock handling. The role includes cashier duties when needed, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring accurate labeling.

Ideal candidates have SPM or equivalent, with prior retail or customer service experience. You will work retail hours, including weekends, in a busy environment, contributing to a customer-centric shopping experience.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Taman Bertam Ria, Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang.

• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
