Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education (SPM/O Level)
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, additional languages are a plus
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work at Bukit Kemuning, Selangor
• Knowledges on Autocount software is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team's progress and propose improvements
• Assist in organizing promotional materials or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
• Prepare invoicing and customer service documentation
