Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Manage and maintain customer database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Analyse sales and customer data to support business decisions and improve customer service.
• Prepare, compile and maintain sales reports, presentations and other business documents.
• Implement and maintain administrative procedures and documentation systems.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by Management from time to time.
