Job summary

Tanchem Agency Sdn Bhd in Kota Damansara, Selangor, is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen our customer service and sales support. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, coordinate with the sales team and internal departments, and help ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields, with excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Implement and maintain administrative procedures and documentation systems.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by Management from time to time.

Tanchem Agency Sdn Bhd is seeking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Ensure high standards of customer service to achieve customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.

Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.

Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Manage and maintain customer database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Analyse sales and customer data to suppose business decisions and improve customer service.

Prepare, compile and maintain sales reports, presentations, correspondence and other business documents.

Implement and maintain administrative procedures and documentation systems.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by Management from time to time.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service or a related fields.

Candidates with customer service or sales support experience will have an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
