Job summary

SHF Furniture Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to understand customer needs, recommend products, and handle inquiries via messaging, email and calls. You will demonstrate products, process sales transactions, and coordinate orders with suppliers and the operations team.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales/marketing, strong communication in BM and English, proficiency in MS Office and SQL accounting, and willingness to travel within Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing for at least 3 years.
• Strong communication skills in BM, English and others.
• Proficient in MS Office / Words / Excel / SQL accounting.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend products.
• Reply to online enquiries through messaging platforms, emails and calls.
• Issue quotations, provide product demonstrations and explanations.
• Process sales transactions and sales orders.
• Arrange ordering with suppliers and delivery with the operation team.

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel to customer place within Klang Valley area
