Job summary

ADV Precision Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to drive quality across customer and supplier interfaces in Penang. You will manage complaints, oversee quality plans from NPI to EOL, and ensure alignment with ISO/QMS standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be the primary liaison for customers on quality issues, establish quality requirements, and contribute to process improvements within the PQ team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements; Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and supplier quality related queries.
• Manage projects from NPI to MP and EOL on quality aspects.
• Establish and execute PQP (Project Quality Plan).
• Serve as the contact window to customers on quality matters (NPI to MP to EOL).
• Set quality standards and requirements from customers.
• Support PQ team on process improvement initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of informatization and industrialization integration plans for the department.

Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese language (speaking, reading and writing) with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
