Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, 8D, and QC7 Tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal quality discussions, cross-functional coordination, and customer-facing engagement to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Drive root-cause analyses and continuous improvement using 8D from incident to closure.
• Analyze process data, metrics, trends, and capabilities to improve delivery quality.
• Collate performance data across functional groups for management reports.
• Conduct product validations, quality audits, and supplier/customer meetings for alignment on standards.
• Establish and update internal quality documentation with proactive communication.

To support their expanding operations and commitment to operational excellence, we are actively looking for an experienced Customer Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer to lead cross-functional quality initiatives and manage key client relationships.

• Lead internal quality discussions, cross-functional coordination, and customer-facing engagement to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Drive root-cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives using the 8D methodology from initial incident through to closure.
• Analyze process data, metrics, trends, and capabilities to maintain stringent process control and improve delivery quality across products and services.
• Collate performance data across functional groups to deliver accurate, timely quality reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product validations, quality audits, and supplier/customer meetings to ensure full alignment on technical standards.
• Establish and update internal quality documentation while maintaining proactive communication across all organizational levels.

The requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent, with 5+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, 8D, and QC 7 Tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for customer and internal coordination.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
