Job summary

QUANTUM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC is seeking a Customer Program Manager responsible for end-to-end order management across production, NPI, and RMA orders, with oversight of associated commercial activities. You will coordinate quotes, accounts receivable, claims, and credit memos while ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining dashboards, and driving on-time delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• Follows documented order management and commercial procedures.
• Communicates with customers to provide order and commercial status.
• Manages quotes, accounts receivable, and credits.
• Ensures on-time shipments and KPI tracking.
• Owns production and NPI/RMA order flow within ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented order management and commercial procedures
• Redlines GPA/ISA agreements for renegotiation by sales
• Owns order delivery to meet OTD/need-by-date goals
• Maintains customer dashboards and weekly ERP updates
• Produces quotes for review and approval and supports revenue forecasts
• Manages invoicing issues with customer and finance
