Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Business & Product Planning Assistant Manager to oversee customer coordination, production planning, new product introduction, and business development in surface finishing operations.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive on-time delivery and cross-functional alignment across Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in surface finishing or related industries.
• Experience in customer account management, production planning, and business development.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts as the key contact and coordinate production planning.
• Monitor on-time shipment fulfillment and schedule orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality to meet demand.
• Handle inquiries, feasibility assessments, quotations, and projects.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities in surface finishing.
• Prepare business reviews and customer presentations.
