Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Materials Planning Lead to steer demand-supply alignment, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time delivery. You will partner across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to drive planning excellence and sustainable growth.

In this role you will lead demand, supply, and material planning activities, drive S&OP initiatives, and develop a high-performing planning team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations.
10+ years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning, or broader SCM.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of forecasting, MRP, inventory management, demand planning, and S&OP.
Experience with high-mix, fast-paced manufacturing operations and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

Lead demand, supply, and material planning activities to support business objectives.
Drive forecast reviews, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and execution planning.
Monitor KPIs including Service Level, Inventory, STR, PDR, OTD, DOH, and Inventory Turns.
Partner with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service to resolve supply constraints.
Lead S&OP and planning improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Drive data-driven decision making and planning governance.
Develop and coach a high-performing planning team.
