Private Advertiser is seeking a Production Planning Executive to organize and manage daily and monthly production plans aligned with customer orders and delivery schedules.

You will collaborate with the Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to meet targets while maintaining accurate planning records and timely communications.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business admin, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and basic computer applications; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly production plans based on orders and schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production progress to meet targets and deadlines.
• Arrange production schedules according to capacity, manpower and material requirements.
• Monitor material availability to avoid delays.
• Update and maintain planning records, reports and schedules.
• Communicate production plans to relevant departments.
• Follow up on production issues to minimize delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
