Job summary

Detronics Pte Ltd is seeking an organized Customer Order Processor in Malaysia to handle daily PO processing and customer inquiries. You will monitor order backlogs and coordinate expedites to meet delivery dates, while communicating changes in schedules to customers.

The role involves liaising with forwarders, issuing invoices, and data entry, ensuring accurate filing of documents and building trust with customers through open communication.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or equivalent.
• Analytical, meticulous with strong communication skill.
• Problem Solving Skills: Offer solutions and efficient responses to meet customer requirements while operating within the company guidelines and goals.
• Negotiation Skills: Able to negotiate and optimize Company’s business results while considering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day processing of customers’ Purchase Orders and requests.
• Monitor customer order backlog and pro-actively initiate expedites with the objective to meet customer request date.
• Pro-actively updates our customers of any relevant changes in delivery schedules.
• Liaise with forwarders to ensure the on-time dispatch of goods to customers.
• Issuing of invoices, data entry and filing of all relevant documents.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
