Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for customers on orders and inquiries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Support billing, revenue recognition, and collections processes.
• Monitor inventory and WIP and suggest improvements.
