GlobalFoundries inc. is seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist in Malaysia to support customer fulfillment activities and optimize order management, billing, and inventory processes. You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Manufacturing to ensure timely delivery, accurate orders, and proactive communication with customers.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in customer service, order management, operations, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret operational metrics and business data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding order fulfillment and inquiries; manage orders and quotations with accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; support cash management objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor aged WIP and inventory; analyze data to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing and other teams; support cross‑functional projects.
• Ensure safety/compliance with EHSS requirements and company policies.
