The role emphasizes strong Excel and Salesforce usage, careful documentation, and proactive communication with customers. You will also handle new customer account applications and maintain contact details to support seamless sales activity.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce for quotation and order tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to priorities and work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue quotations based on information from Sales via Salesforce.
• Follow up on quotation status and maintain records.
• Track orders and delivery schedules for KPM projects and resolve documents.
• Support customer inquiries on stock availability and deliveries.
• Liaise with CSD/warehouse for order delivery and customer collections.
• Maintain customer account information and records.
• Prepare project submission documents and ensure documentation for Warranty applications.
• Draft routine correspondence and sales materials for calls and seminars.
